Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using TORONGO's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Services Description

TORONGO (operated by RT Trading, Narayanganj, Bangladesh) designs, builds, and sells niche utility web products. Our Services include the sale and transfer of digital products including websites, source code, templates, and associated licenses. All digital product sales are final upon execution of the transfer agreement unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payments

Payments for digital products are processed securely via Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time prior to a confirmed sale.

4. Digital Product Transfers

• All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if we are unable to complete the agreed handover within 14 business days of payment.
• Buyer receives full source code, deployment documentation, and associated assets as described in each product listing.
• Domain transfer, hosting migration, and DNS configuration support is included for 7 days post-sale.
• We do not guarantee future revenue or traffic performance of any product sold.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and completed transfer, the buyer receives full ownership of the purchased digital product including source code. TORONGO retains the right to use anonymized case study data from completed sales for marketing purposes. Template licenses sold as bundles grant a single-use commercial license to the buyer only — redistribution or resale of templates is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Use

• You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not misrepresent yourself or your intended use of purchased products.
• You may not use our products in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

TORONGO and RT Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or purchased digital products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active customers of material changes via email.
